Base Camp Cullowhee offers Outdoor Equipment Rental for students, faculty, and staff. Prices below are for (1) rental period. One rental period is two days if renting during the week (example: Tues. -Thurs.), or three days over the weekend (Fri.-Mon.)

Deposits are required for all rental equipment! Equipment is considered late if not returned by 5:00 pm on the day it is due. Renter will pay additional rental periods if gear is late.

*Two people must be present to load the canoe and sea kayak, and you will need your own carrying and tie down equipment.  We are unable to help the rentee load or tie down boats for liability reasons.  The rentee is responsible for properly securing the boat and safe transport back to BCC.

* Kayaks and canoes include PFDs (personal floatation devices) and paddles. Whitewater kayaks also come with helmets.
