Charge from Provost Kyle R. Carter
Within the context of the University Mission, and through consultation with the campus community, the Strategic Planning Committee will:
- Identify internal and external factors and potential issues which may affect the university;
- Identify and prioritize goals for the university;
- Develop strategies to meet the university's goals:
- Develop methods to allocate and re-allocate funds according to the university's priorities, making funding recommendations when appropriate; and
- Monitor progress towards the university's goals.
