Furniture Tables Chairs Media stands Podiums/lecterns       Audiovisual (AV) Microphones Media players PA systems Projectors Projection screens Staging     Staging Fold and roll sections from 16 inches to 2 feet off the floor can be used in all available spaces Concert deck units from 4 feet to 6 feet off the floor can be used in the main arena Railings Steps Accessible ramps and assisted wheelchair lift can be used in the main arena Black skirting is available for all staging Gold skirting is available for concert deck

Small Meeting Equipment

• Conference phone
• Tripods with large pad holder.
• Easel-style tripods
• Dry erase marker board (2 feet by 3 feet)
• One large US flag (fixed) that drops down from main arena ceiling
• Movable U.S. and N.C. flags can be used in all available areas
• Movable coat racks can be used in all available areas

Room Dividers

• 6-foot-high divider walls (gold and black)
• 3-foot-high pipe and drape (gold)
• 8-foot-high pipe and drape (gold and cream)
• 12-foot-high pipe and drape (gold)
• Adjustable crossbars (8 feet to 14 feet wide)
• Various bases
• Permanent divider curtains for use in main arena

Lighting

• Theatrical and concert lighting can be available in the main arena, auxiliary gym, and hospitality suite
• Spotlights are available in the main arena

Crowd Control

• Concert stage and "bicycle" barricades
• Velvet ropes with stanchion (black)
• Turnstiles
• Movable sign-holder stanchions (black)

Moving Equipment

• Forklift
• Rolling (flatbed) dollies

Access for Students
WCU students have access to the banquet and meeting spaces as well as audiovisual and PA equipment.
