NAMES CAGLE TO OVERSEE ASHEVILLE OFFICE

CULLOWHEE – Wendy Cagle has been named assistant director of Western Carolina University’s Small Business and Technology Development Center and will oversee the agency’s satellite office in Asheville.

A member of the SBTDC staff since 1995, Cagle will continue to provide one-on-one confidential business assistance and strategic facilitations. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Western.

The SBTDC is an interinstitutional program of The University of North Carolina, and has a regional service center located at Western Carolina. It is North Carolina’s primary business assistance program, offering free business counseling statewide to help businesses meet challenges, manage change and plan for the future.

The Asheville office is located in the Bank of America Building at 68 Patton Ave.
