GOVERNOR REAPPOINTS WCU CHANCELLOR                                                                                         
TO BOARD OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY

CULLOWHEE – Gov. Mike Easley has reappointed Western Carolina University Chancellor John W. Bardo to the North Carolina Board of Science and Technology.

The board is charged with identifying, supporting and fostering the identification of important research needs of public and private agencies, institutions and organizations across the state.

The board has 19 members, including 15 appointed by the governor. Members serve four-year terms.
