WESTERN AND BRCC TO OFFER
ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM

CULLOWHEE Western Carolina University, in partnership with Blue Ridge Community College, will offer interested students an opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship in Henderson County this fall.

Designed for adults who intend to enroll as part-time students, the program will be taught on the Blue Ridge Community College campus in Flat Rock.

An information session for the program will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, in rooms 150 and 151 in the Patton Building on the BRCC campus.

Representatives of Western's College of Business will be available to explain the program and answer questions. 

Prospective students should hold an associate's degree or have completed the majority of the 44 hour general education core or liberal studies course work. Applications can be submitted at the information session. 

To apply, individuals should obtain official copies of their transcripts from all previously attended institutions where college credit was obtained. A $40 application fee is required, and checks should be made payable to Western Carolina University.
