Charles T. Menghini (Chief Judge) is Director of Bands
and President of VanderCook College of Music. He is an internationally
recognized author, clinician, adjudicator, and guest speaker.
Menghini has received many awards for his work in music
education, including two National Band Association Citations
of Excellence, the Bandworld Legion of Honor, MENCs
Lowell Mason Award, and the Chicago Outstanding Music Educator
Award.

Norman Reubling is currently the President and Owner of
MO-X The Airport ConneXion in Columbia, MO.
His musical résumé includes a tenure as Director
of Bands at the Union, MO High School Band, former Associate
Director of Bands at the University of Missouri, and Director
of Bands and Percussion Studies at Southeastern Louisiana
State University. Mr. Reubling has served as the Assistant
Camp Director for the Bands of America Summer Symposium
and is an active professional musician.

Stanley R. Schoonover is currently a Music Instructional
Specialist for the Fairfax County School System. Among other
career accomplishments, his bands have performed three times
for the President of the United States of America. He is
a member of the ASBDA, Phi Beta Mu, MENC, NBA, Phi Mu Alpha
Sinfonia and remains an active clinician and adjudicator
across the United States.

Bruce Burritt spent eighteen years as Director of Bands
and Music Supervisor for the West Genessee Central Schools
in Camillus, New York. Mr. Burritt has served as Superintendent
of Schools in the Milford, NY and Avon, NY School Districts
and currently serves as Interim Superintendent for the Le
Roy, NY Central Schools. Mr. Burritt is also an adjudicator
for Bands of America.

W. Dale Warren, Director of Concert Bands and Associate
Professor of Music, is the Conductor of the Wind Symphony
at the University of Arkansas. Professor Warren is a sought
after clinician, conductor, and adjudicator for bands throughout
the United States. He also serves as an adjudicator for
Drum Corps International, Musicfest Orlando, and Bands of
America

John Howell resides in North Huntington, Pennsylvania where
he was born. He is currently employed as a Business Education
teacher where he teaches International Business and Multimedia
design, and is a visual designer. He is a visual adjudicator
for BOA, WGI, and DCI and has had the opportunity to judge
both nationally and internationally in Amsterdam, England,
and Japan.

Freddy Martin was born and educated through high school in Cobb County, Georgia. In high school Freddy was an all-state French horn player. He attended Jacksonville State University in Alabama where he received the Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education and was Vice President of the Sigma Nu Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia professional music fraternity. Freddy has done post-graduate work at Georgia State University in Atlanta. Freddy is the founding director of the famed Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps and continues to serve the Corps today as director emeritus. Under his direction the corps has been recognized as one of the finest marching music units in the world. Freddy is now on the brass instructional staff of the Phantom Regiment Drum Corps from Rockford, Illinois.

Lee Beddis joined the ranks of the World Champion Garfield Cadets, in order to become part of the now-legendary “perfect” percussion line of 1987. After aging out, he swiftly became an instructor. In 1996, Beddis helped capture the World title for “The Defiant Heart” with the Phantom Regiment. In 1997, he turned his skills to rebuilding the Toledo, Ohio, Glassmen, and quickly became successful. After a successful season in 2000, he moved to the Crossmen until being appointed as Percussion Coordinator to the Madison Scouts. Beddis is in now demand throughout the United States and Canada as a highly-regarded judge for Winter Guard International and many other organizations.

Evan Doyle received his undergraduate degree from the University
of Massachusetts where he was a drum major for the The Power and Class of New England," the University of Massachusetts Minutemen
Marching Band under the direction of George N. Parks. In
2007, Evan received his Masters Degree in Music Education
from Western Carolina University, where he worked with the
Marching Band and served as an assistant conductor for the
Wind Ensemble.

David Cook is owner/president of Visual Dynamics, a marching band consulting firm. An experienced and successful designer of competitive marching band shows, Cook brings more than twenty years of musical and marching experience to his customers. In addition to his custom design business, David also designs shows for Marching Show Concepts of Fort Wayne, IN. David began his musical career as a member of the 1979 Bands of America National Champion Sylva-Webster High School Band and continued to perform as a member of the Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps. After graduating from Western Carolina University with a B.A. in Business, David worked with United Music Enterprises as a business manager, show designer, and instructor. David’s adjudication skills place him in demand throughout the Southeast.
