FIRST PERCUSSION AUDITION RESULTS POSTED

Congratulations to all those who auditioned this past Sunday. We are thrilled with the level of talent that showed up. Please keep in mind that we have several people who still need to audition. We encourage everyone to continue to work hard on the audition material. You can find the results on the left portion of our website. Once again congratulations to all.

MAY 12TH AUDITION DAY MOVED TO MAY 19TH

Due to travel arrangements as well as facilities the band office feels that it would be best to move the first percussion audition day to Sunday, May 19th. The schedule for the day will remain the same. We are sorry for this date change. We feel that this date however will work better for all those auditioning. If anyone has an issue with this new date please contact the band office.

2013 FIELD PRODUCTION ANNOUNCED!

The “Pride of the Mountains” is X-cited to announce its 2013 field production “GENERATION NEXT”!  This show will X-plore music from multiple generations. We will learn from the Past - Live in the Now - and Forge the Future!

Movement 1 - X-CITE (Based on X-treme Velocity)

Movement 2 - X-PRESS (Based on Self X-pression & Group X-pression)

Movement 3 - X-CEED (Based on X-ceeding any and ALL boundaries)

Movement 4 - X-TREME (Based on the X-citement of ALL things POTM!)

We are beyond X-CITED to see where this Generation will go neXt!!!

Click on the link to the left to download all your 2013 percussion audition materials. Although some of these exercises may change slightly we wanted to go ahead and get the materials out to you. The first audition day is Sunday, May 12th. All those interested in the 2013 Battery, Front Ensemble, and Rhythm Section are strongly encouraged to attend. We look forward to getting our new season underway!
