0931 06-03293 Fire Alarm Stillwell Report

     Officers responding to a fire alarm activation at the Stillwell
Building found it was Facilities Management and Construction personnel
testing the system.

 

1100 06-03295 Fire Alarm/Trespassing 900 Building/Village
Arrest x 2

     Officers responding to a fire alarm activation at the 900 building
of the Village found the burner of an electrical stove had heated grease
below the eye creating a smoke filled building. Cullowhee Fire
Department assisted in clearing the building of smoke. Upon evacuation
of the building, two students did not leave the building. One village
female student received a UJC for failing to leave during a fire alarm,
one non-village male student who is banned from the Village was arrested
for Trespassing and one village female student was arrested for Aid and
Abet the male in Trespassing and resisting a Public Officer.

 

2012 06-03298 Abandoned Vehicle South Baseball Lot Tow

     Officers impounded a non-student owned abandoned vehicle with an
insurance stop and a tag pick up order from the South Baseball Lot.

 

2303 06-03304 Larceny 3rd floor Walker Hall Report

     Officers are investigating the theft of a mini Ipod that happened
on 7/14 from a student's room in Walker Hall.

 

2322 06-03305 Larceny/Burglary 3rd floor Walker Hall
Report

     Officers are investigating the theft of a CD player that happened
last weekend while a student was down the hall in the hall bathroom.

 

2330 06-03302 Larceny 4th floor Walker Hall Report

     Officers are investigating the theft of a digital camera and an
IPod that happened on 7/16 from a student's room in Walker Hall.

 

2330 06-03306 Larceny 3rd floor Walker Hall Report

     Officers are investigating the theft that happened approximately 5
days ago of 2 Medic-Alert Bracelets that were taken from a shelf in the
3rd floor women's bathroom while a student was in the shower.

 

2316 06-03301 Larceny Walker Report

     Officers are investigating the theft of a cell phone that happened
last week when a student accidentally left it lying on a wall outside
Walker Hall.
