Modernization of Facilities

A page from the "Economic and Feasibility Study on Ways and Means of Effecting Improved Appearance of the Electric Facilities of New Orleans Public Service Inc" illustrates possible improvements for NP&L facilities. Efforts included twenty-six Southeast power companiesí involvement, including NP&L, in a survey to determine the need and feasibility to improve the appearance of electric facilities through changes and modifications in overhead lines or installation of underground lines.
