Letter to Miss Belknap

Letter to Miss Belknap from Joel Tompkins sent July 3, 1935. Letter is telling her that the owner of High Hampton Inn has given permission for them to use the right-of-way on his land to receive power. She is told that she and Mr. Hanks will be given instructions from the company as to what kind of poles to buy and where they should be dug.
