Slideshow Spotlights are approximately 20 minutes in length. Shows are available anytime the auditorium is not in use. Group showings may be arranged.

Arti-Facts! is a monthly children's cultural arts program that links old-time traditions of the past to the present (Recommended for ages 6 - 12). Reservations required.

Spring into Summer is a seasonal nature series. Reservations required.

Crafts at the Center is a series of demonstrations and hands-on activities by regional artists.

Mountain People Folklife Series is a series of public presentations emphasizing Appalachian themes of people and places. Co-sponsored by Dr. Ted Coyle, Department of Anthropology and Scociology.

Apalachian Cultural Lunchtime Series Bring your own lunch and enjoy a pleasant hour learning more about Appalachian people and places. Co-sponsored by Ron Rash, Parris Distinguished Professor of Appalachian Cultural Studies.

Old Time Music and Bluegrass Jam and Dance Musicians and dancers get together monthly to share tunes and toe tapping steps. Musical jams are held at the Center; dances in the Grand Room at Hinds University Center. Co-sponsored by the A.K. Hinds University Center.

The programs at the Mountain Heritage Center are free, unless otherwise noted, and open to the public.
