Task Force Charge
Following up on the Hunter Library Disaster Preparedness Plan that has been developed and the recent workshop given at ASU which most of you Attended, prepare a list of action items; supply orders, etc. to enable the Hunter Library to handle the small and medium scale emergencies we are most likely to encounter.
Review the Hunter Library Disaster Preparedness Plan and recommend an implementation plan that will include identifying the composition and function of an ongoing Disaster Preparedness Team and an outline of needed training and awareness activities. The Task Force should include whatever else they think is important in an implementation plan.
The Task Force should feel free to include other Library staff members as appropriate.
The list of action items and the recommended implementation plan will be due to me by Monday, October 9, 2000.
