We are requested by a citizen of Dekalb Co. Ga. to inform our Cherokee citizens that a negro woman about 43 or 40 years of age is confined in the county jail of DeKalb, who says her name is LUCY, belongs to Bob Shoeleather in Cherokee, she says her master owns several negroes, with three of her children-speaks bad English.
