DIED,- on the 8th inst. at the mouth of Chickamauga Creek, Cherokee Nation, Mr. JULIUS S. MARSHALL. Mr. M. is said to have been a native of England, but brought up in Burlington, Vermont, and to have since resided at different times in the cities of Boston and New York. He was married in this nation a few weeks before his death.

DIED,- at New Echota, on the 14th inst., JEBUSHA, daughter of Rev. S. A. Worcester, aged five months and eighteen days.
