The Augusta Constitutionalist states that Gov. Forsyth will again be a candidate for the Executive Chair of Georgia, but intimates at the same time that he would accept the appointment of U. S. Senator should the Legislature see fit to confer it.- The same paper states, that Col. Cumming neither is, nor purposes to be a candidate for the gubernatorial chair.
