More Troup-ism.- Governor Forsyth, the successor of Governor Troup, has
isued(sic) a proclamation calling upon the constituted powers of the state of
Georgia to resist the operations of the Cherokee Indians, who have made themselves
a constitution of government, and have thence assumed an attitude of independence.-
