Biography

Dr. Sue Stewart Wingfield is an Associate Professor of Human Resources with a Ph.D. in Business specializing in Organizational Behavior and I/O Psychology.  She has also earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.  Prior to her academic career, Dr. Wingfield was a Drilling Engineer for a major oil company in the U.S.

Research Interests

Pedagogy in higher education, human resource development, employee staffing and retention, compassion fatigue in health and elder care, the impact of religiosity and spirituality in the workplace.
