Student Software and Technology Training

The Technology Commons, located on the ground floor of Hunter Library, provides student software and technology training for individuals, classes, and groups.

We assist with a wide variety of software and topics, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and more. These training services are available via Walk-up, Appointments, In-Class Visits, Online Tutorials, etc. Go to tc.wcu.edu to see our hours of operation.

In-Class Visits

Tailored in-class trainings are available upon request by Faculty and Staff. These sessions allow students to produce more robust work as they learn new software skills. In-Class Visits can be requested at 828.227.7487 or ithelp@wcu.edu.

Online Training

For our current online training resources please visit training.wcu.edu. We are also able to provide remote trainings with GoToMeeting for small groups or individuals. You can also visit our Technology Commons YouTube Channel. We would love to hear your ideas and needs!
