In October, Western Carolina University will launch a new home page and accompanying top-level, public-oriented pages at its main Web site www.wcu.edu . The site will feature a new look and feel (see the sneak preview image below), improved usability, and a greater focus on prospective students and other external visitors. The Web redesign project also includes the implementation of a content management system (CMS) which will make the university's site easier to manage and maintain.
