College Technology Support

The IT Services area of Information Technology announces the addition of new, college-based support positions. Computing consultants will be stationed in each college to assist in handling technology issues and concerns. These consultants will serve as first contacts for the college and will support individuals as well as classroom use of technology.

The consultants are: William Frady, Education and Allied Professions; David Dameron, Arts and Sciences; Cindy Carrigan, Applied Sciences; and Philip Garrison, Business.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the consultants are to serve as a liaison between Information Technology and the colleges. These positions will troubleshoot computer and software related issues including demonstration classrooms, labs and desktop computers. They will also make recommendations on technology related purchases or issues.
