How to Change your Domain (Outlook or Email) Password

- Open Internet Explorer and type http://email.wcu.edu in the address bar.
- Login using WCU/username for their username and your e-mail Password.
- Click the Shortcuts button in the left frame
- Click the Options Icon
- Scroll down and click the Change Password button
- Click yes to continue through the Security warnings
- Enter the following Information:
- Domain: wcu.edu
- Account: user's username
- Old Password: user's old password
- New Password: user's new password
- Confirm New Password: user's new password once again
