4.04 Procedures for Faculty Recruitment and Appointments

The procedures to be observed in the recruitment and appointment process are established by the vice chancellor for academic affairs. Guidelines for obtaining recruitment authorization, advertising vacancies, interview procedures, regulations on the amount of a candidate's expenses which can be reimbursed, and the appointment process are contained in these procedures. Copies of the procedures are available in the offices of the deans and department heads.
