Integrity = Autonomy

The Most Important Compliance Officer Is You!

  • You know your area as no one else can.
  • You are the on-the-ground expert of your field.
  • You are the prime defense against regulatory infractions.
  • You are empowered with the opportunity to affect positive change.

THE UCCRS IS NOT A 911 OR EMERGENCY SERVICE.

Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

THE UCCRS DOES NOT SUPERCEDE OR REPLACE EXISTING REPORTING DUTIES

No part of the UCCRS is intended to supplant any lawful existing duties to report any information whatsoever. The UCCRS is an alternative channel to be utilized in addition to existing reporting duties.
