• Directed and taught in the College of Business Programs in Kingston, Jamaica for five years. 
• In 1992, at the invitation of the Shandong Finance Institute and the People Republic of China , she lectured on the American taxation system and initiated discussions for enterprise development in the Economic and Technological Development Zones. 
• In June 1994, she taught at Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela , as a part of the Master of Project Management degree program being underwritten by the Venezuelan oil industry for their program managers and qualified personnel from other industries. 
• In the summer of 1997 she returned to France to teach project management systems at the Euro-American Institute of Technology and CERAM in Sophia Antipolis. 
• In March 1999, she taught project management in Tirana, Albania, for employees of the Albanian Education Development Project (AEDP). 
• In November of 2000 she traveled to Ireland to represent the univesity in the launch of the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and WCU partnership for delivery of the MPM via the Internet.
