Applicability
of "Employment Policies for
University Employees Exempt from the State Personnel Act"
The "Employment
Policies for University Employees Exempt from the State Personnel
Act" are applicable to individuals having tenure or on a tenure
track only to the extent of providing:
1. A procedure
for grievances that might arise with respect to their duties as
an administrator.
2. A procedure
for resolving any issues regarding salary supplements they may receive
that are associated with their administrative roles.
3. The timely
notice provisions associated with occupying an administrative post.
4. Conferral
of sick and annual leave for personnel in twelve-month appointments.
