University Awards - Paul A. Reid Distinguished Service Award

 

AWARD FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOMINATORS

In preparing nominations for the Paul A. Reid Distinguished Service Award for Administrative Staff, please follow the outline set forth below:

Completed nominations should not exceed three pages in length. Inclusion of supplementary materials is not permitted.

Those eligible for the Administrative Staff award are all EPA administrative personnel, including academic department heads, and all SPA personnel who are exempt from overtime compensation. A list of the eligible SPA classifications is shown on Attachment III.

The following individuals have received the award within the past five years and are therefore not eligible to be considered for the 2008 award: Patricia L. Miller (2007), Fred D. Hinson (2006), Tom Frazier (2005), Gene McAbee (2004), and Andy Degrove (2003).

Submit completed nominations and requests for additional copies of this form and the criteria for selection to: Mary Ann Lochner, Chair, Law, Equity and Auditing, 530 HFR Administration Building, Western Carolina University, Cullowhee, NC 28723.

 Deadline for receipt of nominations is 12:00 noon on Monday, February 25, 2008.
