Because of her high school achievements, Amanda earned a full scholarship to Western. She likes the location of the university near her home and the small size of the campus. She’s active in the Baptist Student Union, has a part-time job, and is involved in intramural sports. A member of the Honors College, Amanda is studying biology on the pre-professional track to prepare for vet school and a career as a veterinarian, working with cats and dogs.
