How to Register:
The MCAT is a computer-based test (CBT) that is offered on specific dates at computer-based testing centers around the world. Visit the Association of American Medical Colleges Web site at www.aamc.org/students/mcat/start.htm for information on how to register.

Test-Preparation:
- You can sign up for a free membership that includes one free practice test at www.e-mcat.com. Additional full-length MCAT practice tests are available on the MCAT Web site for $35.00 each, and access is good for one year from the date of activation. All practice tests include solutions for every question.
- The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University offers a MCAT Online Review Course. The next course will not be offered until January 2009. For more information, visit the Brody School of Medicine Web site.
- Practice tests and tutorials are also provided by LearningExpress Library. This database offers immediate score reports and an explanation of your results. If you are accessing the site from off campus, click here for instructions on how to log in.
- Study Guide Zone offers free, comprehensive study guides for a variety of undergraduate and graduate admissions exams.
