| Getting to the Sweet Things...Time Management for College Students |

| "Getting to the Sweet Things" is an interactive workshop that encourages students to think about how they spend their time and how they can get the most out of every day. In addition to the materials below, you'll need at least 50 minutes to complete the workshop. |

| What you'll need for the workshop: |
- An empty drinking glass, a jar of sugar (enough to fill the glass), and 10-15 small rocks (enough to fill the glass). You can also borrow a Rocks and Sugar Demo Kit from the CAT Center by contacting Chesney Reich.
