Cash gifts
These provide immediate help for the entire Catamount sports program. Payments may be spread over the course of one calendar year (January 1-December 31), but all pledges must be paid by December 31.
Gifts in kind
For some supporters, it may be easier to provide goods and services instead of cash. Items such as gasoline, building materials, motel rooms, meals, printing, office equipment, courtesy cars, and related services are valued for the savings they bring to the overall athletic program.
Matching Gifts
Many companies have a matching gift program that doubles the value of your gift at no extra cost to you. Ask your employer for information concerning a matching-gift program for higher education. Enclose your company's matching-gift form with your donation.
Honorary and Memorial Gifts
Pay tribute to someone's life and accomplishments while strengthening Western's athletic program. The university has established an endowment fund to accept such gifts.
Special Gifts
Gifts such as real property, life insurance policies, stocks and bequests are appreciated and accepted. |
