The English Education program has become very advanced in the area of technology in the past few years.  Western Carolina University has been voted one of the most wired small town campus in the United States by Yahoo. 

In the English Education program, students do everything from personal web pages to online lesson plans.  You can see examples of these on the Students and Alumni page.  They are also required to do a tech portfolio online at the end of the program.
