Classes in the Department of Chemistry and Physics will meet at their regularly scheduled times whenever the university is open, unless an announcement to the contrary is made by an official source (i.e., don't take the word of your friend, who heard it from another friend, etc.). If you are in doubt, call the department offices at (828) 227-7260 during regular office hours (8 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).
