Admission Statistics

Western Carolina enrolled 1,624 new first time, full time first year students in fall 2015.  This fall we also hit an all-time high of 80% in the percentage of first-time, full-time undergraduates returning for their sophomore year.  Total student enrollment remains steady over last year with 10,340 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled as of our census date on August 28, 2015.  For more information on the WCU student body, please review the student profile information below.
