Thursday, July 13
3 - 5 p.m. Check-in at Madison
6 - 7 p.m. cocktails at Ramsey Center Concourse (shuttle departs at 5:50p.m.)
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. backyard barbecue, concourse
7:30 - 8:30 p.m. Mountain Music and Dance (return shuttle departs at 8:40p.m.)
Friday, July 14
7:30 - 8:30 a.m. buffet breakfast at Madison
9 a.m. -12 p.m. Come Go Home With Me lecture/musical presentation at Madison
noon - 1 p.m. buffet luncheon
4:30 p.m. shuttle bus ride to Catalochee Ranch for dinner
Saturday, July 15
7:15 - 8:15 a.m. buffet breakfast at Madison
8:30 a.m. shuttle to train trip - golfers' tee time begin at 9:28 a.m. in Waynesville
6 p.m. dinner at Jarrett House
Sunday, July 16
7:30 - 8:30 a.m. farewell breakfast at Madison

Fees

Commuters may opt to pay for individual events instead of the weekend package.
Cost for the weekend package is $186 for a double room and $249 for singles.

Individual prices for commuters $12 dinner at WCU, Thursday
$15 lecture/luncheon, Friday
$25 dinner at Cataloochee, Friday
$25 dinner at Jarrett House, Saturday
$40 golf at Waynesville Country Club Inn (lunch on your own)
$40 steam engine ride & lunch, Saturday
$6 farewell breakfast at Madison, Sunday
