2. Standardized Test-Taking Tips:
- Junior year: Take the SAT or ACT for the first time
- Senior year (Fall): yur last chance to take either test
- FACT: The SAT and the ACT tests may be taken multiple times. Admisions will take the best score you earn on each section (i.e. verbal, math, writing), even if they are from different testing sessions!

3. It is wise to apply to more than one college
4. Plan Campus Visits: Schedule a visit to WCU and other college you are interested in attending -- there's nothing like being on cmpus with other students to see if the college is a good fit for you.
5. Speak with an Admissions Counselor in the Office of Undergratuate Admissions: make a list of questions you would like answered before you call the office.
