Campus Tours

Morning and afternoon campus tours are currently available through May 2013 and during the months of June and July, there will only be one tour daily, Monday through Friday beginning at 10 am.

Please note there will be no campus tours offered on the following dates:
July 4, 2013 (4th of July Holiday)

Tours depart promptly on the hour. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a visitor's card. Campus tours will not be held when the university is closed.

The Tours:
For the months of June & July
, your tour will begin at the Mountain Heritage Center (instructions for location/map are below).

  • Directions to campus can be found here.
  • A digital campus map can be found here.  Click on the Arts & Entertainment checkbox. The blue AE marker closest to Hwy. 107 (yellow road on map) is where your tour will now start. Once you enter campus at the main entrance, you will veer to the right of the round-a-bout and then take your first left into the parking lot facing the tall white building (HF Robinson). You will be entering the west end, ground floor of the building where the flag poles are (that also face the bronze Catamount statue you saw at the round-a-bout when you turned onto campus). Signs will direct you to the Mountain Heritage Center auditorium where the tours will start. You are also free to tour the Mountain Heritage Center before or after your campus tour (admission is free).

We encourage you to be here 15-30 minutes early so that you can check-in and take a moment of rest before walking around our beautiful campus.

We are looking forward to seeing you on campus and want to make sure that you have a successful visit. If you have any requests or special needs, please make sure to let us know so that we can accommodate you!

A student ambassador or an admission counselor will be your guide for an extensive walking tour of the campus. Please make sure you wear comfortable shoes. We also recommend that you carry a bottle of water on warm days.

Register for a Tour:
You may register for a tour online by clicking below on the appropriate link for the month, day and time you would like to visit. Or, you can call the Office of Admission (1-877-928-4968) at least one day prior to your visit.
