Program Description: This is a 36 semester-hour program (12 courses--7 core courses and 5 electives) preparing individuals for leadership roles in a variety of human-resource related professions, including human resource management and external consulting. The program is offered completely online. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of theories and professional practice models in the work place. Courses are offered in the fall and spring as well as during the summer. Part-time students can complete the program in 2 calendar years. No professional experience in Human Resources is required.

- GRE General Exam combined verbal/quantitative score of at least 900 and 3.5 on the analytical
- Three letters of recommendation
Additional Admissions Criteria: students must possess good computer skills (i.e., use of Microsoft Office and the World Wide Web).
Application Deadline: April 1st (fall semester enrollment) and November 1st (spring semester enrollment)
