It is an institutional policy that all proposals for external funding MUST be approved by appropriate officials of WCU - including the Office of Research Administration- prior to submission to the funding agency. The approval routing process is accomplished via an electronic submission system called RAMSeS (Research Administration Management System and eSubmission).
