WCU Semester/Summer Travel Courses
Teaching a faculty led course can be one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences.
IPS can assist you to initiate the design and implementation of the course. IPS can
also support you for marketing and course logistics. Faculty should initiate proposals
for new courses well in advance of the intended semester of travel.

Grants, Scholarships and Fellowships
Faculty members can apply for grants through a number of sources to assist in developing
faculty-led study abroad courses, facilitating international opportunities to lecture
or conduct research, and to promote internationalization of the WCU campus. Below
is a list of some of these granting agencies. If you would like to add a grantor
agency to this list, please notify the office of International Programs and Services.
