Save all correspondence from VA, you may be requested to provide evidence of your continued eligibility.

All changes in enrollment must be reported to Military Student Services.

Refunds cannot be processed until payment is received from VA.

Payment for Fall is due August 1st.

WCU Military Student Services Online Support

Military Student Services assists students with VA educational benefits and Tuition Assistance.  Please contact our office if you have questions regarding your service-based educational benefits.


All Summer and Fall requests for VA benefits have been processed.  If you have requested VA benefits, but you have not received a confirmation email from VA in your Catamount Email, please contact Military Student Services.

Please remember to report all schedule changes to Military Student Services within 5 working days of the change.
