Western Carolina University

Western Carolina University has established an Office of Military Student Services to carry out its commitment to the military student. This office is dedicated to facilitating the higher learning experience of active duty, reserve, National Guard, separated, retired military members, spouses and college-aged children of military members. The Office of Military Student Services provides information and guidance on tasks such as: 1) application, admission, and course registration, 2) how to process military tuition assistance, vocational-rehabilitation, and GI Bill funds, and 3) how to receive transfer credit for military training and experience.

The Director of Military Student Services is the liaison between the military student and the university’s various academic departments and student support offices.
