The Investment Planning course will provide the student with knowledge of the importance
of investment planning in the financial planning process. The course also includes
investment return and risk; portfolio concepts; asset allocation and diversification;
fundamental analysis; equity valuation; bonds and bond valuation; pooled investments;
and derivative instruments and markets.
