Online class begins July 24. Class meetings on July 31, Aug. 14 and 28, 2013.
The Estate Planning course provides an overview of estate planning. Topics include purpose of estate planning including planners role and avoiding the unauthorized practice of law; descriptions of estate planning documents; methods of transfer of wealth; the Federal Unified Transfer Act; The Federal Estate Tax; gift planning and liquidity planning.
