"Professors at WCU actually want students to succeed. I believe that is what truly sets WCU apart from other institutions. Instead of focusing on 'weeding' out students, they focus on preparing them for the future. I feel prepared for medical school and I partially attribute that to the rigorous coursework I've encountered and the endless support from the Biology Department and Honors College Faculty alike."
