The Department of Modern Foreign Languages encourages you to fully engage in your study of a second language, either through active participation in student projects and department- and university-sponsored events such as WCU’s annual Foreign Language Contest for High School Students or Hispanic Heritage Month, or by taking advantage of WCU’s excellent Study Abroad opportunities or attending one of our film festivals.
