Biography:
Dr. Graham received her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. Her research interests center on the United States after World War Two, more specifically on forms of social and political protest among school children in the 1960s. She is the author of Gender, Culture, and Christianity: American Protestant Mission Schools in China, 1880-1930(1995) and Young Activists: American High Schools in an Age of Turmoil (2006). She has also published articles in the Journal of American History, Signs, and the Journal of Women's History.
