Frank H. Brown Family Scholarship
Awardees must have an overall GPA of 2.50 or higher, with a 3.00 GPA in the major
field. Preference will be given to chemistry and physics majors. Five (5) awards of
varying amounts to students from the following western mountain counties: Madison,
Buncombe, Henderson, Mitchell, Watauga, Ashe, and Avery.
Applications for this scholarship can be found in the Departmental Office (231 Natural Sciences Building) at the beginning of March.
