Your degree in one of the six programs offered through the Department of Chemistry and Physics prepares you for immediate
employment or further graduate study. Whether you want to work in the lab, the classroom,
or the corner office, chemistry and physics can get you there.
You will be able to demonstrate to employers your research abilities and your familiarity with a variety of instrumentation. You’ll find that your knowledge of basic scientific methods and theories will provide
a strong foundation for graduate work.
