With years of experience in their fields and through their ongoing scholarly work, our faculty members bring practical as well as theoretical knowledge to their classrooms and labs. They are passionate about teaching, take a strong interest as mentors in their students' progress and provide academic advising to keep students on track with courses that lead to graduation. Faculty Engagement

Faculty and staff play a critical role in WCU's mission to be actively engaged with business and industry throughout the region. Through the Center for Rapid Product Realization, they provide technical assistance and guidance to business partners and interact closely to individuals who serve as project sponsors for the senior capstone project.
